Wells Fargo & Co (N:WFC) Chief Executive Officer Tim Sloan’s total compensation for 2017 was $17.6 million, about 35 percent higher than the previous year, the third largest U.S. bank said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday. Conix appointed chief financial officer with TUI Group

Birgit Conix will succeed Horst Baier TUI Group’s chief financial officer. The Belgian will join the executive board of the company in July and take over the role when Baier steps down this autumn.
